About Me

Design, to me, is where aesthetics, function and emotion meet.

I’m Jamna Adiecha, an industrial designer based in Switzerland, shaped by Swiss precision and Indian cultural richness. Growing up between two cultures has shaped my sensitivity to detail, material and meaning.

Since childhood, sketching has been my natural language. I have always imagined and drawn objects that could improve everyday life. To this day, drawing remains one of my greatest strengths and the starting point of every project - a space where ideas evolve intuitively before becoming tangible.

My work spans household appliances, furniture, medical devices, tools and more. I approach each project with user-centered thinking, balancing creative exploration with technical feasibility and manufacturability.

I am particularly inspired by the quiet beauty of the mundane, the objects we interact with daily, often without noticing. I believe thoughtful design has the power to refine these moments, to simplify complexity and to create subtle yet meaningful impact.

Beyond industrial design, my creativity extends into other forms of art and expression. Alongside drawing, sewing and painting, I play the sitar and piano and explore vegetarian cooking, occasionally sharing this journey on YouTube.
These practices nurture my sensitivity to composition, balance and craftsmanship - qualities that naturally inform my design work.

At the core of everything I create is a commitment to clarity, quality and timeless aesthetics.
